I picked up one of the Rugged Radios setups mostly for weekend rides, and I can’t say I haven’t been happy with it. The battery life has been better than I figured it would be, and I can usually make it through most of the day without stressing about it dying on me. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it does drain quicker when we’re talking a bunch or running it all day in the heat. Still, it’s been a solid setup, and charging it back up isn’t no big hassle.

Everything in my order showed up exactly as expected, so no complaints from me. It feels like someone probably double-checks things before they go out, because there weren’t any missing items or mix-ups.

I ordered from ruggedradios and, from what I remember, it was a smooth experience. I found the radio parts I needed without wandering around the site too much, which is usually the part I dread. A couple of the product pages felt a little busy, so I had to slow down and actually read through things instead of just clicking my way through. I don’t remember anything annoying about checkout, which probably means it went fine. I’d use the site again.

I picked these up for weekend trail rides, the audio has been clear so far. Voices come through way better than my old setup, even when the motor is making a bunch of noise, which is usually where all these systems start struggling. I’m not giving it 5 stars only because there’s sometimes a little hiss when the volume is turned up high. Not a huge deal though, and for what I need, they work well

I bought this from Rugged Radios, and at first it seemed okay. When we’re idling, the intercom sounds clear, but once my brother and I get out riding, it starts getting fuzzy and cuts voices in and out. It’s usable sometimes, but definitely frustrating when you’re trying to actually talk on the move.

I’ve had mine bouncing around in the truck for months now and it’s still working just fine.. feels solid, not cheap or flimsy at all

I ordered this radio kit for my RZR it fit just like I figured it would based on the listing. No weird brackets, no messing around trying to make things line up, and it plugged in clean. It mounted up without any guessing too, which kind of confirmed I made the right call getting this one. Happy with it overall.

I was really looking forward to getting this, so at first I was super excited. But the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected, and after a while it got frustrating checking for updates. I’m glad it finally arrived, but the wait definitely took away some of the excitement.

I bought this from ruggedradios, and the instructions kind of threw me off. I kept thinking I was on the next step, then realized I’d skipped something or maybe was doing things out of order. It wasn’t clear what was supposed to happen first or after what, so I spent way more time guessing than actually setting it up. The product might work fine once it’s all done, but the setup info really wasn’t helpful for me.

I got it installed without too much trouble, which was a relief. The instructions were easy to follow for the most part, though I did have to stop and double-check one wire just to be sure. Once I got everything hooked up, it worked like it was supposed to. So far, it’s been working good and I’m happy with it.

I was surprised how clear these stayed even way farther out than my old radios ever managed. I didn’t realize how much range I’d been missing until I tried these, and I definitely wouldn’t want to go back now.

I thought the return would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected. The product itself wasn’t the main issue, it was just the waiting around for the return to be processed that got frustrating. I’ve had faster experiences elsewhere, so this was a bit disappointing

The radio showed up already programmed really close to what I needed. The frequencies matched the list I sent over and it worked fine on my first ride. One of the name labels was a little off, but it was an easy fix. Overall I’m happy with it, no real complaints

This thing feels really solid and not cheap at all. Just a heads up though, if you’re expecting something lightweight or flimsy, this isn’t that. It’s built tougher than I thought it would be.

My headset started acting up after just a few rides, so I reached out to Rugged Radios about the warranty. It took a couple days to hear back, which had me a little frustrated, but to be fair I was probably just impatient because I was trying to get everything ready for another ride. Once they did respond, the process was easy. I sent over the info they needed, and they got a replacement taken care of. It wasn’t the quickest thing ever, but they stood behind their product, and that matters to me. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out. 4 stars

I picked up a few cables and headset parts for my radio setup, they worked out better than I expected. I was sure I’d end up needing some random adapter to make everything fit, but everything matched up right away. For my setup, that was a big relief because I didn’t have to waste time troubleshooting or ordering extra pieces. Simple, easy, and exactly what I needed.

I like it overall but I do still hear some wind sometimes. It is not constant but it does pop up here and there...
